At the initial stage of the setting up of the factory,the technicians of the Company had careful studieson the features of the quilting,solved various technical problems,and developed the unique ChiShingmulti-needle quilters,which meet the needs of the production, and the requirements of the customers.With the excellent reputation in the industry,outstanding after-sales service,and superior quality,ChiShing quilters enjoy great popularity and trust among the users.In a few years,the Company became a professional manufacturer and developer of multi-needle quilters of various specifications,with a considerable scale of production capacity.Its products were marketed to southeastern Asia,and its sales in China ranked number one in the market,accounting for 70% of the total market.Factory buildings have been expanded from 3 mu to 14 mu in land area.The factory is now furnished with various complete production equipment and facilities,and its production capacity has been increased by four times.The sales network has developed from nothing to a complete network,which has sales office and after-sales service department in such cities and provinces as BeiJing,HangZhou,ChengDu,ShiShi,ShengYang,ShanXi,etc.The types of products have also developed from the mechanical quilter to digital control shuttle multi-needle quilter,digital control non-shuttle multi-need quilter to multi-needle mechanical quilter,and so on.In order to satisfy the different requirements of different users,the technicians of the Company are now working hard to develop new types of series of multifunctional quilting equipment.
